Description: Two different factions of Community Thugs are meeting somewhere to exchange weapons and ingredients for the manufacture of the addictive drug called "Hard Air." If this gets off the ground, this will be bad news for most of the city. Use whatever means at your disposal to disrupt the meet and dissolve the 2 factions of thugs.
